At Mack McClain and Associates we strive to set ourselves apart in the industry by having personnel with product knowledge. Each office has inside and outside sales personnel who are well-trained on the lines that we represent. Whether it is support over the phone, job site visits or classroom training, we take pride in the technical services we provide.

ASSE 12080 Legionella Water Safety and Management Personnel

• • Training for Members of building water management teams, water safety teams, and other interested parties involved in the development of risk assessment analysis, and water management and sampling plans for protection from Legionella and other waterborne pathogens.

Pro Direct Training Program

Our Pro Direct Training Program offers Professional Education Units (PEUs) and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to industry professionals. Our thirty approved courses offer a wide range of hands-on technical training.

Each of our four offices is approved for training by the local municipalities, county or state to offer technical courses. Throughout the course of a year we train over 1,000 people. We hold these classes at local universities, union training halls and at plumbing and mechanical companies’ local offices.
